Our mobile library service also takes books and resources to rural parts of Perth and Kinross not serviced by a community library building.

Please note that the library in Coupar Angus Town Hall is now closed. However, a new community library is open at the Strathmore Community Hub on Trades Lane. For more information about the Community Library, please visit the Strathmore Community Hub website.

Culture Perth and Kinross Library members can still access a Click and Collect service and reserve books online through the library catalogue, at the Hub, or from home. Additionally, a Culture Perth and Kinross mobile library van will be available in Coupar Angus every third Tuesday (*see Mobile Two - Week Two Stops).
