Christmas and New Year Opening Hours
All Culture Perth and Kinross Libraries will be closed from 3pm on Wednesday 24 December 2025 for Christmas and New Year. Normal library opening times will resume from Tuesday 6 January 2026 and opening hours for all libraries can be found here.
Our digital library is always open for you to download a wide range of free e-books, audiobooks and magazines as well as your favourite online newspaper. If you are not already a member, why not join online today?
