The aim of this trail is to presence Nawken in the cityscape of Aberdeen and to tackle the perceived absence of these populations. The trail is based around the lives of selected individuals. As it centres on human stories there is a natural mix of happy and sad tales. The oldest story here goes back to the seventeenth century. Nawken were in Aberdeen long before that date, however, and are here still, living, working and studying in this city.
